My name is Sophie.

I’m a professionally registered Counsellor and member of the British Association of Counselling Professionals (BACP) working with clients both in person and online.

My approach is Person Centred, which keeps you at the heart of the work. The safe, non-judgemental space I create means you will be able to speak freely and openly, exploring the topics you may wish to bring in the manner which suits you.

I currently volunteer and work at a local Charity helping adults, alongside tutoring CPCAB qualifications.
